All Deillust Fairground products displayed on our website are available while stocks last. The prices displayed are quoted in Singapore Dollars and are valid and apply throughout all countries.

Deillust Fairground makes every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our website. However, as the colours you see depend on the resolution of your electronic product screen thus we cannot guarantee the exact colours are display on your electronic product screen.

Return and Exchange Policy
Deillust Fairground return and exchange policy apply only to online purchases made through deillust.blogspot.sg

All sales of jewelleries and apparels marked as “Sale” are final. These “Sale” items cannot be returned for exchange, refunds or credit.

For all other items, to qualify for an refund or credit, merchandise and items must be returned unworn and unwashed, accompanied by the invoice.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from shipped date. If any item, other than “Sale” items, purchased at deillust.blogspot.sg falls into any of the following conditions, it may be returned to Deillust Fairground by mail. Before posting, please write us an e-mail with the subject “Request for Item Return” and send the e-mail to deillustfairground@gmail.com

Conditions to qualify for return and exchange are as follow:
1. There is defect in our merchandise. Defects include holes, faulty stitching and discolouration.
2. Wrong merchandise size shipped.
In most circumstances, you may be asked to provide snapshots of the “defective” item for us to determine the severity of defect before we request for the item to be mailed back to us.

Defective items are subject to inspection and only if defects are found should Deillust Fairground credit the appropriate amount to your account. If no defects are found, item(s) will be returned to customer, with customer bearing the additional shipping costs. Deillust Fairground will not ship back the item(s) until payment of additional shipping costs have been made.

Please note that for all return, customers bear the shipping costs incurred in mailing the item(s) back to Deillust Fairground. Deillust Fairground will only bear the shipping costs if Deillust Fairground was the party that shipped the wrong merchandise(s).

Customer shall bear full responsibility in making sure item(s) mailed back are packed securely. Deillust Fairground will not be responsible for lost mail for returns or exchange.

For refund, please allow 7 business days from receipt of returned merchandise(s) for your account to be credited with the amount you paid for the merchandise(s) excluding postage paid during your purchase. Deillust Fairground does not refund the amount with cash sent over mail for security reason. Hence, your bank account number and all other required detail(s) shall be provided to Deillust Fairground once your return request has been approved.

Exchange is only permitted for item(s) mailed out incorrectly to customer. Deillust Fairground reserves the right to refund the item(s) if stock are unavailable.

Deillust Fairground reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting all return and exchange. Item(s) mailed back to Deillust Fairground without prior confirmation with us will not be entertained.
