Simply click on the order button on the menu bar on the top right corner. Fill up all information stated in the order form and click submit. Follow the instruction through and order will be send to us.

A confirmation email of your order will be sent out to you within one working day. Make a payment through your preference of bank transfer to POSB/UOB/OCBC or Paypal. All extra charges with payment via Paypal will be charge to the customer.

Postage
All additional postage(s) will be bear by the customer. Postage fee are as such:-

Normal Postage: Free
Registered Postage: Additional of $2.20 to every parcel.
Self-Collection: No self-collection will be entertained.

For all international postage, customer will bear the entire cost of postage fee. International postage fee are as such:-




All item(s) will be mailed out through Singpost unless otherwise stated by the customer in which they will bear the full cost of any other courier services requested by them. Customer shall bear all responsibility for any lost of parcel(s) via normal postage. All registered parcel will be given a tracking number to customer to track their parcel online.
Delivery
All parcel will be posted out within one working day upon cleared payment unless informed by Deillust Fairground for any reason(s) at our discreet. For all domestic normal parcel, mail will be received within one working day and for all domestic registered parcel, mail will be received within two working days. For all international registered parcel, it will take about 3-12 working days.
